• RESISTANT AND DURABLE: This kitchen knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
• CLASSIC CUT: Straight lines predominate in the handle style of Bologna knives, designed for daily use without sacrificing design. Elegant and with a classic cut, the handle has been made of noble rosewood, which can be machined and polished, giving it an excellent surface finish. It incorporates stainless steel rivets with high resistance to corrosion. In addition, it is resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures.
