Due to an internal sale within the ÖBB (Österreichische Bundesbahnen) our company has got a new shareholder Rail Cargo Logistics – Hungary Kft.
The new owner has been a major player in railway logistics in Hungary and is a member or Rail Cargo Group which operates Hungary’s major transshipment point of containers at BILK Kombiterminal near Budapest. The change will support our increasing involvement in railway groupage business from China which have become one of our most popular business solution lately. logMASter has been a member of ÖBB since 2003.
Our other major shareholder, MASPED Zrt, since 1995, has acquired some years ago Budapest Freeport in Csepel, a major port on the Danube river which provides space for the second major container transshipment point in Budapest, MAHART Containerterminal.
The ownership structure of logMASter is improving our business potential on the long run. We are committed to green railways – well, actually in a colour of red but with awareness to our environment!
